The Government has placed its trust in yet another measure, the "Ronchi Decree", which actually states the sale of public property more valuable, water masking it behind a false liberalization of local public services.

In all the municipalities in which, even with a management mixed public / private, it was privatized this huge community asset, the bills have risen by 300%.
